    Claymore/Mines is a positive exploit.

Any server runnin FF for claymores is totaly setting them selves up for people to use a exploit imo.
I finally got around to trying the sniper class and seeing what he fuss about FF on them was..
    OMG, what utter bull$hit.

On Warlord we only had the right side flag in the palace, a supply crate was on the ledge right outside the room.
So I took every advantage of dropping claymores everywere in the halls on that side and up and down the stairs.
    So what happens??
32 kills and I entered the round towards the end of it..wtf..i didnt shoot a single bullet.
yep, i died a few times maybe 6 times, but when ever i was gonna die, id chuck my Claymore..hell i began suiside chucking them, sometimes Id die but still take out 2 guys who oran past my body...a revenge kill
So many support bags and a container near by, was spectacular

Thats the last time Ill do that, it was cheap..tho funny.

Mines..not as easy, but a hell of alot more of a bitch a$$ way to play.

get with support, or find a crate.
Be an engineer on Stalemate...lots of water ..litter the water with mines.
I littered the water with mines..do to the fact that there nearly impossible to see in water.
    26 kills just with mines..wtf..

I cant see the logic in accepting the FF rule. Sure I was testing this change and would never stoop to this being an every round option..but as we all know Bf2 is loaded with people who favor there points vs. the enjoyment and equality of the battle. Same thing that happened with noob toobs, people with mega insta kill weapons who would display an utter lack of skill for a few points.

best fix for this, turn of neg points on person who drops explosive, sure make it register as a TK so servers can detect compulsive TKing. Sure doing this will draw out idots spamming Claymores or Mines just to tk, but if your gonna get TK'd..your gonna get TK'd be it an explosive or a bullet...seriously does a Tker care about points..no, ive seen TKers with -300ish points. So if there gonna TK there gonna tk.

Mines and Claymores were perfectly fine being destructable, i never had aproblem getting tk'd if there were in the way..I disposed of them.
Sure this makes takes a toll on the engy or sniper Clay/Mine supply..I mean you drop ya stash just to have it destroyed sucks a$$..so make it so that after sniper uses 2 claymores he recharges and is allowed 1 more, same with engy, after he drops 6 mines he too gets a recharging bar tha alllows him to recoup 4 mines or what not.
Make the timer as long as the time it takes for a jet to get flares back, thats a good amount of time, or heck maybe a lil longer.

I dont know, I just know this is complete madness and sucks a large portion of reality that was left in this game right out the window.
How can any Engy or Sniper logicaly accept this change as a positive one for the whole community and everyones game enjoyment?

Servers can turn it off if they want to. Most of the people running them are probably suicidal claymore chuckers though.

I, for one, really like the IFF landmines. It has rejuvenated the engineer kit, at least a little.

The entire claymore/mine/C4 changes are totally ridiculous. I have seen servers that are packs with people just throwing claymores and mines EVERYWHERE.
Last night, Karkand 64, on the MEC side, 27 snipers 5 engineers. The U.S. side was 15 snipers and the rest were assault and support. I mean, what kind of team work boost is this?
They ahve completely noobified the explosives. Have you seen the trajectory of the GL? It's a$$, total a$$.
