I know, make it obey the laws of physics. When you jump and shoot you fall on your arse because the gun has such a large kick. That was the bunny hoppers can jump/shoot and the rest of us get a good laugh while we're at it.

I LOVE no jumping and shooting. People shooting GLs in mid jump annoyed the hell outta me and i don't care cause i only bunny hopped when reloading or if extremely outnumbered/outgunned.

why are u happy it is gone? I used to love to run up behind an enemy player that didnt see me,,,in a full sprint, jump, dive and cut his spine in half. Skill move. Now what do i do?....run behind him....stop, knife....boring. They took the ability to do elite moves away people. You guys want people laying right in front of you where u have a chance to get a kill. You dont want them to charge you down and knife your face off anymore. The best part of this game was knifing someone looking at you and they couldnt stop it. Like they were hiding behind a concrete block, you sprint dive over and knife their face off. That is gone. The skill is gone. Soon I am gone to the first new game i like.

Actually, I agree with that. Knifing is now insanely hard to achieve without the dolphin diving. It's hard to sneak up behind a guy, wait a second to lay down, then probably crawl to him if he moved, and knife him, it's just too time consuming. I think the people without certain knife badges are going to find it harder now.

honestly...i'm kind of saddened w/o the bunnyhoppers...I loved it when someone would come up to me and expect to kill me with their bunnyhopping...then i easily unload 7 jackhammer rounds into their face...

Actually, I agree with that. Knifing is now insanely hard to achieve without the dolphin diving. It's hard to sneak up behind a guy, wait a second to lay down, then probably crawl to him if he moved, and knife him, it's just too time consuming. I think the people without certain knife badges are going to find it harder now.

You can still jump and go prone, you just can't spam it. Run at your to be knife victim, jump and then hit prone prone prone prone (Z,Z,Z,Z) and you will do one single flying dolphin leap. Then knife his ass.

Ya so, I'm like runnin around all 1337 h4x0r with my M203/F2000 GL. All of a sudden I start to get shot from behind. NAtural instincts drive me to bunny hop around trying to shoot my grenade at his feet, but when I thought he would die, um, well, I did. I started playin earlier when this happened. But thats the main thing I dont like about this patch lawl.

Whats even worse is bunny hopping was the coolest way to destroy some1....

And for that my score suffered.

Why do people keep saying that using the grenade launcher against infantry is an exploit? Hand grenades kill in one hit, Grenade launchers launch grenades. It may not have been DICE's intention for it to be such an easy weapon to kill with but c'mon, how many times have you been totally pwnerized with one shot from tanks, apcs, jets etc? What difference does it make if you die with one hit from a grenade launcher versus the other numerous one hit kill weapons in the game? FYI, the AT kit will replace assault as the dreaded 1s1k-vs-infantry class. AT can snipe (even put up a fight with snipers!), guide his rockets, 1s1k, and take down armor! Why aren't you whining about AT whores?

Just some bitch from CS eh. That's why CS owns the online gaming world. I have good fights no matter what weapons or tactics I use. If you want a clean boxing match, go watch ESPN or something.

if this patch was the last one ea or dice was going to put out for bf2 even with all the bugs i would still be sooo very happpy with it as bunny hoppers are no more !!!!!!!!

I think that BF2 in general was more challenging on the 1.12 patch. This new 1.2 patch has done nothing but remove the advanced skill required to do some damage with the kit. Maybe it's part of the plan with the new ranks...I smell a conspiracy.

The at rocket, even if it has been sped up in the new patch, can still be dodged much easier then the noob toob. Not to mention that the at rocket requires more of a direct hit then the Noob toob as well. But if EA decides to nerf the AT rocket, that be fine my be, so long as they still find a way to keep it effective against vehicles
