To be more precise are they gonna start selling midnight? or they are gonna release it just like the patch at 18:00, also kinda curious why the in-game message says 'two days till Euro Force' if the release date is tomorrow, 02/21.

You havent read the news have you? there realeaseing another patch first before EF. So EF has been moved back 2-3 weeks. -
