the few servers i play on for whatever no longer autokick after so many punished teamkills. it is getting rediculous people are just going around team killing not caring if they have a -200 score. :cry: is this because the new patch it is no longer available or do they just have it turned off or what's the deal?

I've seen a few get kicked but most don't. Maybe they changed it like 50tks. -

i would think its whatever the admin wishes to have turned on on that server, one i play has auto punish for team kill which i dislike but makes me very very careful. then another has options and one has no team damage at all. which can make things careless!Comment

the punish option is just ******** anyway. Most TKs are accidental, but rarely get forgiven.
That's where admins are needed, to take care of the real problems, not have the server auto-admin itself. Players will try to kick vote someome who is better, or is good with a tank or plane and doesn't die. So he never gets it.
I think all the voting and punishing parts should be removed from the code. It was stupid to begin with, and has never gotten better.Comment

Personally I think there are very few excuses even for accidental TKs. Watch where the heck you're shooting/driving/bombing/mining! :) I think kicking for 3-4 TKs is pretty much right.Comment

Ive noticed auto tk is stuffed. We have it set for auto kick after 5 punishes, a guy worked his way to -171 today and i saw more than 5 punishes. Waits for new bf2cc
