Looking for a mod to host

Get access to a website (php or htm) an FTP, http downloading, and Message boards for free.
Im offering this to very message board active clans or mods.
Why?
i run a website called Compscomputers, a computer information website for gamers.

im retired from USI, but yea, i was gonna jump on that offer, but they already got one...
