C4/Mines doing no damage 1.2

I played a few rounds last night and i saw 1 tank and an apc drive over my mines, the mines blew up but the tank/apc where undamaged (They where enemy vehicules).

I placed 2 c4 packs on an enemy AA vehicule then detonated but they did no damage whatsoever. Another time i got in a tank and a spec ops guy placed a c4 pack on my tank and detonated but it did no damage.

These bugs are only occasional. Any one else experience these bugs?

This has also happened to me.

Placed mines down on Kubra Dam, an enemy DPV drove straight over one, it exploded, he drove off not even smoking.

Also, today I was laying mines all around a flag on Dalian Plant, then noticed the flag was taken by the enemy. Now, it just makes me wonder how the APC and other vehicles didn't hit at least one mine, and if in actual fact this bug occurred.
