We were hacked. Several times over the past two weeks, in fact.
While all passwords are encrypted and salted, it's recommended that you change your password here when you can.
Had the same just over an hour ago ... Owned on Karkand with a K/D ratio 38/5 ... The two next rounds there were continious kickvotes, namecalling, etc ...
yeah I have JKA too, I never played multiplayer but seriously all you have to do is master certain force powers and the lgihtsaber and you can beat anyone up, there are 12 weapons in the game and the only one's I ever used besides the lightsaber was the Disruptor Sniper Rifle and the Imperial Light Repeater, the Lightsaber is all you need, it deflects enemy shots, rapes enemies if you can get a good swing in and the enemy's head is on the ground rolling away, the only things you need to master is Force Lightning, Force Drain, Force Heal, Force Grip, and Force Rage along with the Core Force Powers and the Saber skills and you can own anybody
Multiplayer duels are far different. For one, no force powers. It's just your saber, vs theirs.
I pretty much expect to be called a hacker or a cheat if my KDR and points are well above average in any particular round. In every instance, though, it comes from someone who is devoid of experience. (The more experienced players usually just hurl abuse and criticise aspects of your playing style.)
I remember someone wrote, "nice h4x" (directed at me) when I was 38-3 on Operation Clean Sweep. The whole time, I'd been flying a bomber and there was no-one else in the sky. Ridiculous. Pre-patch, you could score better than that wearing a blindfold when bombing on OCS.
The other one that always stood out in my mind was when I killed someone, point-blank, with a shotgun blast to the face and he spent twenty minutes insisting I was a hacker because I'd killed him with a single shot. The whole time, everyone else on the server was laughing at him but he just wouldn't quit. I checked his stats later on and his Global Score was about 1100. Imagine my surprise.
Anyway. Don't take it to heart. The only downside, as far as I'm concerned, is having your reputation tarnished by someone who doesn't know how to play the game and, for the sake of his own ego, has to convince himself that anyone superior to him must be cheating.
It's even worse if admins are on. On Karkand, I was ripping it up as a lone wolf with a PKM (31 kills), and an admin said I was stat padding, even though I was killing different people each time, and then I was kicked. Great.
As long as you are not the type of medic that revives people while they are still in the midst of danger, i.e. "oh was that a tank that killed you, let me hop out there and revive you so he can kill you again so I can get my 2 points" you are ok in my book, I think medics are one of the most vital kits on the battlefield, but they get a bad rap for being misused sometimes.
I actualy take out what ever danger there is around, like infantry then run to revive, unless its a tank and i cant do it my self i wait and hope someone could take it out, or atleast be distracted...ive even been known to jump out of my tank or any armor to revive

Probably the same bunch of losers that were always typing "what are going to do after 1.2" and guess what, like I said before, no one downloaded any skill, so they suck now but have nothing to blame because the babies are still getting owned **** em.

everytime I get out of my vehicle for a quick revive of a fallen comrade someone from my own team always steals my vehicle thats what I get for being a team player
I have votes started against me all the time whenever, I play commander.
They start blaming me when we start losing, when I'm doing everything in my power to give supplies, artillery, and UAVs. While their dumbasses are blowing themselves up with C4. And ramming helicopters into tanks.
I guess what I'm getting at is there's always someone whining about something.
i get that too...the round will start and they will say... you suck as commander....in a single round i had 5 different people try to kick vote me.... we ended up winning that round... and i think i got a bronze medal...yeah cuz it was funny cuz the guy who was talking the most trash came in 4th, cuz i got x2 for the win...he was mad the next round :P
OK, i go into a 24/7 Karkand map, yea my team mate is a Karkand-head so i play with him
First round i play, come in late, i win with 116 and 66 teampoints, i was a medic and using team work plus ground pounding the s*** out of it
Second round come, im up there with high points cuz i was working with a squad, squad leader would sit back as we took a flag and such, so i revive everyone and kill anything, i was medic = point whore?
Well about mid way i was about 120 points then all of a sudden some guy starts calling me a cheater and a hacker, soon everyone joins in and kick vote going of left and right
Team mates asks, "So is owning being a hacker?"
So i just go out like normal with the game, ended up with 170 points, 70tp
Look at my stays, how am i a cheater/hacker?
My best round was 187 I guess that makes me UBER HACKER STATS PADDER!!!!!!!. It was on a 64 player karkand with like 12 people the round lasted forever and I just drove around forever getting flags.
I've gotten up into the 100 quite a few times, the easy way is to get in an APC and cap the flags as a fast as possible and kill all who get in your way.
it's easy to do that on karkand and sharqi, but it's kind of easy to tell a hacker when they never take more than 3 shots to kill, EVERY time, even while running. i remember one guy i encountered. killed me 7 out of 10 times, always with 1 burst of g36e. some people wouldn't consider that hacking, but it NEVER took him more than a single 3 round burst to eliminate someone.
