In the past I have recieved a couple of purple hearts and silver and gold stars that did not credit to my awards file. But the problem seems to be getting a little worse lately. A couple of weeks ago I got a new ribbon it was green and white with three horozontal stars on it I think it was for good merrit or something and after leaving the game it was not in my award file. The worst case was today when I spent a whole game using only my knife to get my basic knife badge. After 7 hard earned kills I finally got it, I played a couple more rounds on that server and exited the game. When I went to check my stats they showed a total of three knife kills [wich I had aquired before today] and of course no badge.That was earlier today I went back in tonight and still the same. Anyone know how to resolve this problem??

Give it a day or two for it to update.
Also, you must finish the round after getting the award. -

Did you let the next round load?
Were you in the same server for at least 20 minutes?
Are you sure the server was ranked?
Some servers do not have their stats system setup correctly, could have been a badly maintained server too.Comment

Stats are having issues again, no ones has been updating for 12+ hours now. Check all the other threads about stats not updating.Comment

If you get a award and quit the game like 1 minute after you get it. Do you still get the award.Comment

Yes the server was ranked and I ententionally stayed in the server for a couple more rounds to avoid losing the badge. The other ribbon for merritous conduct that I had mentioned before was on a different ranked server and its been a couple of weeks. Does this mean its gonna take another 30 hrs. of squad work to get another one or am I just completely screwed on that one now? Thanks for the replies guys.Comment
