    RAM question

    Im getting some new ram sticks and i currently hace 4x256. Im thinking about taking one of the 256 out and putting in a 1 gig stick. Will this matter if there not all the same?

          They do not have to be the same no unless you are running the 4 sticks in dual channel mode.
          Make sure your motherboard can accept 1GB modules.
