Kicked for TK......

So I was flying through Dalian Plant on a JSF, and get to MEC base to bomb the SAM site when a couple teammates are flying the MEC chopper up through the little valley and I run into them since there is nowhere to maneuver to. He punishes me for a TK then initiates a kick vote against me?! Vote gets to 6 or 7 for what reason I dont know and I never see it go up, when all of a sudden about 45 minutes later I get kicked. Is this normal? I'm sorry but this just blows my mind that I get voted out when there are people that blatantly TK and stay on the server. This was on the Comcast server cant remember the guys clan name but ended in something like THEROG

I highly doubt you were kicked by a kick vote of your fellow gamers... I have NEVER, not ONCE seen a kick vote succeed, even when there are people with scores of -200 or even -300. It was probably a kick by another means.
