a few questions about the SP mode

I wont be able 2 play online till march,so I want 2 solo for a while ^__^
I know there is a mod that turns the maps for sp in2 64 player ones,that a too big for me,I wonder if there is a mod that turns the maps in2 32 player ones?

It will screw your game up. LOL. The bots were circling around and watching the skies. I suggest you modify the files to add more bots to your SP 16 player map, rather than pick off helpless bots that look funny at you when you shoot them.

That's the real problem.

Fewer bots = better skills.

More bots = retards.

No. The 64 player maps make them crazy, not the number. The number just impacts on the perfomance.

If you won't be playing online you could just use the 1.12 patch instead of 1.2. The maps were tested on 1.12 and work fine there.

If I play SP, I play 32 bots on 16 player maps, just goto

C:\Program Files\EA GAMES\Battlefield 2\mods\bf2\AI

and open

AIDefault.ai

and read the instructions in there.

I can't stand playing on 16-player maps, especially in SP. Boring; seems like pretty much the same fight every time. Too easy to lose the whole game because one enemy snuck around to your back CP.
