OK the answers is here somwhere but i can't find it.
Does it relate to number of posts or number of stupid questions?

Truth is it's a bit of both, qenuine question with a reference to stupid posts/questions and posts being in the wrong place.(I couldn't resist).

I'm thinking of starting a post complaining about bf2.I don't think iv'e seen that anywhere before.

Actually, to get past colonel you will need the expert html badge, the expert emoticon badge, and the expert flaming badge as well. The expert "whining about the latest patch" badge might also be required, but I'm not sure about that one.
