Right now I am a Staff Sergeant..and if I buy SF will I get 3 unlocks as soon as I login?

You will probably get 2, you have to play it for a while. Are you seriously going to buy SF for the unlocks alone?

I played for like 15 minutes and got the unlocks the next time I logged in.
