Need Help With X-Fire

Ok guys heres my problem. When I have not loaded bf2, and one of my mates is playing in a server on bf2, usually you can click the games pad icon and it would take you directly to that server. This has worked fine with me for games like CS:S and DOD:S. But when I click it on battlefield 2 it just gets stuck at the login screen. It may seems like a small problem but BF2 restricts silly things like copy+pasting an i.p into the connect box :|:

yeah bf2 has never worked for me while cs and stuff always works

You CAN copy and paste IPs into BF2's 'Connect to IP' box now
