Hold the Tab key and click on the Manage tab at the top of the player list. Columns of boxes will appear beside players names, and there sould be a column named 'kick' or something similar. Click it to initiate a vote kick. You can press Tab again to see who voted for what. Green check means they voted to kick, red means they voted against, and no check means they haven't voted.
