i keep getting headshoted when trying to take the helos on ghost town ? and the M95 snipers rifle hasnt been adjusted. Too do a 1 shot kill you have to aim for the chest ??? whats that albout ? EA needs to get a proper group of developers because there just not getting it right at the moment !! BF2 is the best game aroud at the moment but it is also a bull breaker of a game. you have to update & upgrade your pc just to run the ****ing thing. The n they update it and you have to update lol it's just a **** take lol

Um, the M95 has been adjusted. I play Ghost Town, and in the past few days I've been making shots (and kills) much more easily. Not once have I actually aimed at someone and missed them.

I've also gotten a huge number of headshots. I killed an enemy sniper who knew exactly where I was, and who was using an M24. Normally I'd be cooked, but I killed this guy 5 times before he even got off a shot.

I just had to stop when I ran out of ammo.

The accuracy boost for the M95 has been huge.

I don't want to be unkind to you, but: your sniper rifle k/d is something like 0.63, right? Mine is 3.61. And my accuracy is over 50%, while yours is around 37%. I think I know more about using them than you do.

Its definately more accurate. I was on Kubra dam yesterday, getting popped like mad by M95s. So i spawn as one, find a good spot, and notch up the kills. Its great.

Thanks. I found the hours working with the M95 really paid off. That, and finally finding a place where the enemy arty couldn't pound me into soup!

Even though i do not play sniper that much i do notice that now after the patch sometimes it seems to not register my shots on peoples heads. I know i hit them becuase i see the puff of dust and yet they do not even take damage, yet sometimes i will shoot someone in the chest and they are dead. Not sure if its just lag or the bad hit detection. oh and by the way my k/d ratio is 5.67 with 54% acc.

I haven't seen the "no damage" happen, but I've only logged about 12 hours or so into the new patch. But I have seen chest shots kill people, and I think those may be due to either some deviation or prior damage. Then again, I try to find low-ping servers.

So uh... what's stopping you from doing the same?

Edit: All sniper rifle's accuracy has been turned up a bit. M95 is now as accurate as the pre-patch M24, I believe.

And I'm pretty sure that you still can't kill in one shot unless it's a head-shot or the person has been damaged previoiusly.

well anoth said on this post..... ive just been headshotin with the m95 butt you have to AIM for the neck... dont ask me why but it works ! so if any 1 was having trouble pulling off a 1 shot kill with the m95 just AIM for the neck !! :evil:
