Rank still not updating after patch - help!

I thought I heard the patch was going to fix the problem with get promoted to First Sgt., but maybe I'm wrong. Anyway before the patch it was saying my next rank was Mstr. Gunnery Sgt., and after the patch it says next rank is First Sgt. like it should. I took that to mean maybe it was fixed. So I went through my badges and found I had Basic Engineer Combat, but I didn't have just Basic Engineer. So I figured that was my problem. I got the badge and played a couple more maps since it sometimes takes a couple kills to trigger the promotion, but nothing happened. I figured I'd wait a couple days and check back, but two days later still nothing.

Could someone check my stats and double check to make sure I do have the right badges in case I missed something? Thanks in advance.

I don't think they fixed this , actualy I am shure they didn't fix it , this is why all the top players are now colonel and not ranking up , they have past the 180.000 points , and can't rank up anymore, even if they have all the requirements

Well that sucks. It shouldn't be too hard to fix this.

what i think it is that they dont meet the expert req. in the specific badges.

that is kinda silly that since they have TOO many points they cant receive the expert badges and rank up. kinda silly
