ok people i was getting this error earlier punkbuster was kicking me for 0 mins cause of inadequate o/s privileges i updated punkbuster got in a game played 2 rounds left that game to go to a diff game an its doing the same crap again im aplygin battlefiled 2 just reg version with new patch


amd athlon xp 3000 2.10ghz
dual channel memory 1.5ghz
cable modem 4 meg
leadtek 6800le 128
windows xp media edition

Does the user Account that you are logged in as and running BF2
from have proper rights to the local machine? I.E. Are you a restriced user?

Have you tried to manually update it with the program on Pubkbuster.com? PBSetup it's called.

i had the problem this mournin i did the manual update to pb played 2 rounds in one game left that game went to another got the error again still having problems the pb site did not help me


but there must be a way to fix this im not gonna set here an keep updatin punkbuster when i wanna play i updated once manualy using that pbsetup seemd to have fixed it tried joinin nother game and same ol crap i jsut looked at some things on that support pb page nothin reall concerin the erro i get witch is Inadequate o/s privilieges i looked at some other things similiur did them an still no fix
