Just got SF

Hello,

I went ahead & got special forces which is cool but just wondering how to install it with the new patch 1.2

I have BF2 & 1.2 installed. Can someone please guide me on how to install SF with this as i heard it can be confusing.

P.s doesn't the patch take up space on you're pc i'e i would of then installed it 2x? & do i install the 82MB patch or full?

BF:SF already has the previous patch so installing just the incremental patch should work. I would personally use the Full Patch to ensure a clean install. You can then delete the downloaded patch files if you need to free up some disk space.

Ok how do i clean the old patch, by old patch do you mean the 1.12 & 1.2 incremental patchs.

I believe he means delete the patch executable files (.exe's) after you are done with them.

SF installs the 1.1 patch so if you put in the incremental patch it won't work as you wont have 1.12 to update you will be better off putting in the full 1.2 patch
