This has to be a bug, otherwise its just stupid.

Whenever I get shot now it is like getting GL'ed in 1.12... I just hear the death groan and keel over. This is for every weapon, no bullet sounds, nothing! This is not a hardware problem so don't even suggest it, because it only started after the patch. This is with all audio/video quality settings on high, etc.

EA, It would be nice to have the sound fixed, because this other crap isn't worth the bugs that have come from this patch.

i dont really recall this problem in 1.12 but its a huge in 1.2: LAV-25 all of a sudden killing me while its not making any sound, nor shooting.

I've get this problem a lot now. I have my sound on hardware/high. I'll try medium and see if it helps.

Its really annoying, I got killed several times tonight with no sound whatsoever. I never hear the APCs firing when I die.

It's happening to everyone, and gets my vote for the only thing that bothers me much about 1.2. Sound is amazingly important in this game, and not hearing bullets-vehicles is baaaad.

This happens to me loads.

It is where you die from an APCs first shot. Your dead so you cant hear it. Same when you are sniped from distance.

This bug is like Death himself. How is one supposed to survive when you don't know that someone is shooting at you?

Also, tracers from jeeps have disappeared.

I know. and more then half the time that the people arent making sound when they shoot. it seems the first bullet kills


but


as for jeep tracers. You should use a jeep and shoot at a helicopter or something. The tracers are there. but pretty hard to see in short distance.

Ive experienced this bug as well. I was in a helicopter circling an outpost when my gunner was getting kills but his gun wasnt firing or making any noise. I just kept seeing people falling over.

I was killed by a APC 2 nights a go and it didn't make sound nor did it make a muzzle flash.

yeah i get this too often as well...DICE need to fix this for the next patch....preferably in a hotfix.

This happens now more times than not, especially when an enemy goes prone or is in a vehicle.
