It is called "Pro Evolution Soccer 5" also known as "Winning Eleven 9" PC version. I want to make sure one thing before I make up my mind to buy it. Is online game play free of charge? I know for a fact that FIFA 06 requires subscription to play online.

I have Fifa 2005 and it is free online play and im sure 06 is no different. But PES is the better game..Comment

I bought Winning Eleven 9 today, instead of Pro Evolution Soccer 5 because the former is $10 cheaper!:p I hope it is the same game, same code.
First impression, very very good. The graphics is stunning. Judging from the point of view of a retired flight simulator fans, the graphics is just delicious!Comment

It is terrific. Online gameplay is so smooth that you can't tell the difference between online and offline. Only 1 small little comment is that the facila expression could further be improved. But this is only a small request.
I joined the online by registering with Konami Network Service I believe it is called by that name. I hope it is free of charge. At least during the registration, I was asked about my credit card number or anything of the sort.
Unless, they charge my ISP directly for my IP address or MAC address, then I will have to be very worried about it. Hope it is free because so far I am not confirmed that it so.Comment
