Commander 'spots' *green* hostiles

had a round where my commander was calling out enemy and they were
all showing up on my HUD/map as green, not red. Not the whole round, just near the end. At Karkand 32 map.

After my searching old posts, it seems this 'feature' is one EA wants to keep. Or at least does not care to address:

happened to me one last night but I was commander spotting troops

theres also something wrong with putting kit down for the first time, you dont see it or it doesnt happen :/

its a bug, happends mostly to me on enemy armor, hit M to see the map and i see a green tank but first it flashes red then turns green
