haha The SCAR does feel like a BB gun...thats a perfect analogy. When you could throw a C4 pack 25 yards before 1.2 who cared tho....sorry to throw in the patch comment...I know its getting VERY old.

scar-l gives you more dmg but if you add clumsyness to that that goes with scar-l its nothing compared to g36e, only thing i hate in g36e is no matter how good i aim sometimes its the dmg of the oponent gun that prevails

so as spec op you need to rely on stealth and precise kills

25 and 27 damage is not that big difference IMO. It still takes 4 shots to killa healthy target. I don't know if there is any difference to kill an armored unit.
Damage of gun prevails when there is superiority of 3 shots kill to 4 shots kill if not,I don't think there is any difference other than Rate of Fire and Deviation

Have you unlocked PKM? If not you should.. PKM is very accurate now and it pawns anything when you go on prone. It outsnipes snipers if you prone and zoom.

G36E for me ... i was disapointed with the SCAR-L (got both un-locks) in anything but iron gater/masthtur/karkland...i use the G36 alot so im used to the open sights which alot of people dont like

true its not but 2xseveral shots makes some good difference

especialy if there is a noob toober or sniper to one shot kill you on the other side

not to mention support that just needs to hold left mouse button and fire somewhere around you

Im in the minority, I like the SCAR and use it a lot. I dont play medic much though.

Sorry I thought it was the comparison between G36C instead of E vs Scar L as I was arguing there is no need to unlock Scar L if there is G36C

Can't go wrong with the SCAR providing you use the scope.

As someone said earlier in the thread everyone is using the G36E, so no matter how good it is, it won't provide you with an advantage when facing most medics out there.

I actually quite enjoy my SCAR-L. Using the scope, I can do some pretty accurate mid-range sniping. It has a bit of devition, but once you learn to compensate for it, it works out well. The G36E is a nice weapon, but I enjoy the SCAR.

Well i unlock the G36 firts, and i was not happy with it, is like toy gun, and like a month after i unlock the Scar, and i love it, so to each of his own.

This may be true but getting it will put you on a level playing field. because an M16 doesn't stack up to a G36E no matter how you play it and an AK is only better in CQC. I personally can't stand the L85 but I haven't given it a chance post-patch.

Close Quarter Battle nothing beats automatic and for ranged L85A1 you can zoom better and does more damage than G36E does at single burst. It takes G36E 4 shot to kill a healthy target and it takes 3 shots for L85A1 to kill a healthy target. Now tell me which is better?

the g36e is better, you are obviously on crack or something because burst is at least on par to ak/saw in cqc. yes the l85 can zoom more, to bad its accuracy degredation is huge. not to mention hte g36e is accurate as hell.

M16A2 sucks so I have to use F2000 and I don't like 3 burst shot because you can't spray in CQB.

yeap on crack, the only reason to choose the f2000 over the m16 is flashes, other than that the m16 is the most accurate assault rifle available.

scar-l has a cool reddot system, so its good for long range fighting,
but the g36e has a massive 3shot, and don't forget your a medic.
