Aeriel Service Ribbon???

I recently had the fortune of being able to use the F-18 on Fushe Pass, and managed to net 31 kills. During the game, I was awarded the ASR and also promoted to staff sergent. But at the end of the game i checked my info and the game did not "save" or keep record of either of these promotions/awards. Has anyone else had this problem or know what happend. Thanks.

In the future please search the forums for similar topics.

The stats take a while to update. Check back in a few hours and sometimes even days. It also depends on the server.

its just the ranking system that lags, enter another ranked server, or wait a moment. If you don't have your ribbon and rank in the next 2 days, email EA

thank you very much for the advice/help...sorry for my lack of using the search...i've never had luck with that feature
