To me this patch is so fucking awesome! It lowers the amount of people waiting for jets, gets rid of camping the carrier, sifts through the people that cant fly, and gives opportunities for MORE kills, since AA's are so "great", these idiots wait in line for them now! I dont care how great they are. They can't get me and my cannon from 600m away!

I usually just use the jets for sniper transportation and a few quick bomb runs for laughs anyway. Now everyone will camping on top of the carrier AA. Artillary strikes will be much more simple for the opposing commander.

I like the new patch I can actually take out airplanes now. Also has anyone noticed that there only 1 Essex gun now. There used to be that 2nd 1 near the front by the uav trailer.

ya well punkbuster will get you. max distance to see is like 400m or so. and AA locks up to 300.

What's funny is this is true for the most part. I actually enjoy the new patch for several reasons. Yes I do take to the air on most maps and I welcome the AA changes. Mostly because air to air combat actually works now. Before it was easy to get away with minimal skill as a pilot - now you actually have to work a little. That's the reason you see less skilled pilots sticking to what works best for them.

One essex gun that actually works is better than 2 that do not - but there are still 2

Man what are you talking about... apparently you don't know your ingame distance too well, or recognise sarcasm.

First off, I know wake good enough, to where i dont need to see the AA's, i just "know" where they are.

Second off.. its pretty funny that you think im cheating or something. I'm guessing your having a tough time with the AA's now huh?
