ok, I'll let the cat out of the bag.

You can do a sort of dophin dive in that you hit the prone button then tap the crouch button and you can get back up without that sprint animation. I haven't had a chance to check if it will let you fire when you do that and the buttons are a bit awkward but you can still do something close to dolphin diving.

oh well they cant fix everything.

You mean, they can't fix anything....without making something else go bad, like the night maps on SF....FFS this is the worst
