BFHQ full bar but no Update!!confused

I know i had at least another 60% to go for my next rank before the patch , but this week i have achieved all my basic badges and the new patch , what has happened, in bf tracker i still have 60% to go but in BFHQ i have a full bar but i am not getting another rank. so can someone tell me whats going on.......

i have almost 40.000 points not and i know i am not due another rank or am i....

yeah, same thing happened to me, it's back to normal now in BFHQ

From what I am seeing it's only Master Sgt's getting this it might have something to do with Badges and first Sgt which you cannot get.

No doubt bar is fubar again
