Bug? Glitch? I have no clue...

So...i basicly have all the basic badges or medals...the "basic sniper combat badge" ones...like i have all of those filled up...now im a master seargent...annnnnnnd i should be a first seargent...but for some reason it wont uprank me i wonder if this 1.2 screwed things up for me...take a look at the screenies below...i mean honestly i ran out of what to do....if playing on a 24/7 strike at karkand server for a good 3-4 hours isnt good enough to help me uprank..then i dont know what is ..i say nay to this patch...it sucks

have you played yet? nothing updates in bfhq after a patch until you update the EA servers by doing almost ANYTHING on a ranked server. Get an ammo point or something to update EA's ranked server

yea ive played a lot since the patch came out...which honestly makes me think this patch screwed up the game bad....cause i even entered a EA US Official server...strike at karkand, and well....i havent gotten crap...

they always seem to miss that point....you only get one chance at getting First Seargent, after that you are stuck a Master (not that there is anything wrong with that at all).

indeed, you need to have all the requirements before getting 20.000 points, just play on and wait untill next rank

i didnt cheat my way to that one...i knifed a whole round in a strike at karkand server...it was nuts...dont think i could ever do it again unless i was wired on bawls and other caffeine drinks again lol

Before the patch, I could easily average honestly without cheating 13 knife kills a round. I have gotten 18 knife kills or more in a round at least 6 times. Now with the new patch, I have no hope of getting that amount of kills again and for you folks that don't have the expert knife badge yet, sorry to say it but I don't think you will be able to get the badge without help if you know what I mean.

I think you're missing the point. There is (or at least was) a bug which meant having veteran/expert knife/pistol would stop you being promoted to First Sergeant as the game didn't recognise it as an improvement over the basic.

I hope they've sorted it out or will sort it out before I get that many points.
