I know this is one minor part, but look @ the scope of the awp (not when you are using the scope), it is a mixture of grey color instead of a "glass" that reflects the back of the view like other scopes did...

The L96A1 Sniper is a really big improvement, even though it cannot penetrate glass, you have to admit that the accuracy is really good, I got like 5 headshots in a few minutes, all moving targets, the M95 rarely got me headshots even on stationery targets, but the M95 is still a good rifle, I prefer the new Sniper too it. Also have you noticed the tons of snipers when you play in a map now lol?

I personally like the L96 whenever I am stuck with a non-M24 side. The M95 wasnt a valid option till now and with the patch it has improved. Only the noise still keeps me away from using it any time soon.

I personally would have liked to have seen a semi-auto unlock so the USMC can get a weapon similar to the Type 88 / SVD. I would prefer a M25, M40 or even a M82A1A. The M25/M40 would have been able to give a squad some sniper cover when on the move.

The influx of part-time snipers is funny and also the way most people are struggling to use it in a proper fashion. I guess that will be over in a couple of weeks.

I don't really like the SVD in BF2, not very accurate or damaging, if you have played the game Vietcong, you will know how much the SVD owns.

I like the improved accuracy, i havent tried the new rifle, i dont need to, its just another m24. The only thing i find annoying is all the wannabe snipers lined up on every building.. unless im on the other side, then its just funny.

Yea, I'm a sniper myself, and I do find it annoying that there are so many snipers now. However, it's more fun for me because as has been noted, a lot of these guys are part time snipers or first timers, which means they usually go to all the sniper spots that full-time snipers know in and out. So, they end up being easy targets. Furthermore, because there are more snipers, that means more sniper duels... nothing beats a good ol' sniper duel.

Also, I think a big reason for the increase in number of snipers is that people are trying out the L96A1. After a while, I think the numbers will decrease.
