Love the patch...great. Able to see and take down the UAV, nice touch.

But, as soon as I entered the game some silly, hoppin twat went bouncin by....still have "like on the moon" jump height?

Seems that way.

Oh well....

Provide more control over screen clutter for the player and BF2 will be near perfect.

mistake or not, i dont know, it never was big of a deal to me, i kill them no matter what theyre doing ... hoping, diving.. i dont care lol.

What the heck is wrong with jumping..Can you jump in real life... yes..
Why can't you people ever be happy? They can not jump and shoot which is good but you have to have another option then just run like a robot or go prone...

...granted. I hate bunnies as much as the next man. Yet, if you play the game with a tactical mindsed (and squad) you will come out on top over bunnies.

They cannot shoot while airborn, and there is a very short pause then they hit the ground giving you at least the first shot.

If ya' cannot shoot them now, you will never be able to shoot them. Which means it's YOU, not the hoppers, who need adjusting.

Now... as to why EA.Dice allows you do come out of the air prone still? That, I will never know. Yet, it's only a minor issue, you can still win most gunfights against them if you just drop to one knee; aim, and fire off single shots.

Works 9 times outa' 10 for me. Try it somtime?

Don't get me wrong, I don't mind it for evading fire. What ticked me was hopping shooting at the same time. Now they are just defenseless hoppers.

K..Sorry if I sounded aggressive but its a little annoying that we get the patch and now people want no jumping. Don't get me wrong I think jumping and shooting was a terrible unfair tactic but jumping to evade especially tanks and support guys (I usually am a medic or a sniper and I run like hell from support and tanks..Ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh:) ) is a needed tactic or we would just roll in a ball and die. I only played the patch for 1.5 hours last nigt cause it was v-day and my gf was cracking the whip but I was pleased..I just hope the lag settles down.

And all they need to do to fix bunny-hopping is to correctly base it off of endurance. Currently, when you jump, it takes a sizeable amount off of your endurance meter. But for some stupid reason, if you have zero endurance, you can still jump.

If you don't have enough endurance to perform a jump, the game shouldn't let you jump. Simple.

Very true. They are here to stay. The way I see it, EA just put a hurtin on them with this patch. As you may know, the biggest issue with the BH (bunny hopping) people is they hop around while shooting you. This makes it hard to hit them but they can hit you. Now the shoe is on the other foot (so to speak), they can jump around till their blue in the face. All I will do is empty my mag into their dumb BH ass and they are dead.

Its fine now..So if you run out of gas and a tank comes up you should just die is what you are saying. Like stated above if you jump you are defenseless you can't ask for more...Just shoot them if they hop they wont be shooting you and they look stupid doing it.

It makes me mad that some people want no jumping so we can just walk around like robots, always standing..hell why don't we take away running and going prone to so everyone will just stand there..Then the noobs can hit them..Then they will be happy and that is our goal..right? Make the noobs happy?

The people who are complaining about it now are just telling everyone "I can't shoot I am a untalenented noob"..Take shooting lessons or stop playing..End of story:)
