i usaully ping in the 50's to 30's now i ping 125-170 and i can't play in those pings. it all happened with the patch. so i try to uninstall but left the old profiles etc. should i uninstall those ones too. back to the first uninstall i did the patches. and it taked forever to get the the account server and same problem. i tried other games to see if i was lagging there, and they all work fine its only bf2. and this dumb patch did this.

I have exactly the same problems! I've just re-installed it again:
- Removed everything (profiles etc.)
- Installed BF2 (only)
- Patched with FULL BF2 1.2
Login is much faster now, but still lag in MP. Even when I'm retrieving the server list, the ping is 100 or above. If I select one server, the ping drops to normal, but when I join the game, it still lags. Single Player runs like a beauty......
