Correct game version after patch?

Hi,

I've just installed the new patch, and when I run the game, the version that appears is the following:

1.1.2.2696-528.0

Is that right? That seems 1.12 and not 1.2 :S

And I've got another problem. When I try to join a server in Special Forces, nothing happens. No error messages, nothing. So I can't play online :/ In Bf2 i can connect without problems.

1.2 = 1.1.2696.528

1.12 = 1.1.2554.236

All the games were the wrong version so i got the 1.2 patch. My version is now 1.1.2696.528 and all the servers are red.

Odd thing is there are a couple of servers that arent red that i can play on with all the changes of the new patch active.

The servers that are red either haven't updated yet, or they're in the process of updating. "1.1.2696.528" is the same as 1.2 (don't ask me why they don't just say 1.2).

1.1.2696.528 is the version of the game

1.2 is the patch version.

They aren't the same thing.

I mean before the patch all the servers were red...then after the patch all the servers are still red.

Because they are being updated now, either that or you used the leakded patch . most servers will have been updated by now.
