What I mean is the missles that you fire at your intended target seek out another enemy/friendly plane or chopper. If you thought the teamkills from AA/ATA were bad in 1.12 they're even worse in 1.20.
That's only half the problem though. The other half is when I'm in a plane and those stray AA/ATA missles lock on to me when the guy that shot them had no clue I even existed and to his surprise he is rewarded with a kill or heck maybe even 6 kills if there's a blackhawk around. It's stupid, especially when you consider that a pilot is trying his best to kill and avoid AA and then all the sudden he's hit with a random missle out of nowhere. And those stray AA's that lock-on to you are almost unavoidable in 1.2 patch. There is only a fraction of a second from the time your buzzer goes off until the missle hits you.
Those stray missles have hit me more in the 1.2 patch than planes or AA that actually have legitimately locked-on to me.
Why not make the AA/ATA missles go after ONLY the target you have locked on to and if it misses it will not lock on to another target.
That way, there are no BS kills you should not have gotten and there are no BS Tk's either.
