Another Hacker spotted?

I just was browsing through bf2s.com and found this picture in a thread...
this guy's complaining about the name tag bug still around on the new patch.. but it think it might due to his hack? you can see the red dots on the small map w/ out any sign of UAV...

Actually if you look closely at the minimap, you can see a faint red line. Not sure if it's a fading UAV or what...

You can see the yellow stuff fading away, its just UAV, ive experineced the red name tag glitch already, no biggie though, i didn't TK him becuase i recognised his Uniform

The Pic you posted seems to look like hack, however UAV transmitting is also shown, his post seems to be complaining about the name bug.

Not enough evidence to tell if it is a hack, either the commander is getting trigger happy spotting the enemy or it is that UAV you can see the message of.

UAV is very soft since the patch. It used to be darker yellow, or more yellow or something. lol

There is definately the conical yellow shape of the UAV sweep facing directly East.

The 2 points of the sweep would be facing 2oclock and 4 oclock respectively. It's a UAV, not a hack.
