Get incremental (to play NOW) for now and full (for when you do a complete reinstall) later, when the servers are quiet.

The full patch is for the people that just bought the game, or for the people reinstalling it. Even if you are reinstalling the game you can still patch it with 1.12 if you still have it, and then do the incremental patch. It makes no difference what so ever which route do you go.

Some people just need to look up the meaning of 'Incremental' IMO.

since everyone has 1.12, just download the 'incremental'
