another thing. with the patch i ran aruond with the g3 and got some 1 shot one kill single shot un sighted un crouched headshots.

after i got it i said. BOOM! HEADSHOT!!

I like the new patch alot so far. Though bunny hopping is still alive and well. People constantly bunny hop defensively at least. Still freaking annoying when you're trying to get em with the apc at long range. Helos etc die often now. Its refreshing really. Its like play most other vehicles now. You end up dying alot. You die if you make mistakes, you die if you rush in. Its not like before where you might damage a helo and 90% of the time they'd run away before you can finish them off.

I haven't even downloaded and played the patch yet, but I'm already stoked for it.

Anyone whining about the planes going down to easily, fly higher where you belong and AA won't track you. Use your head to play the game instead of flying around with total impunity. If you are stupid, you'll die. If you think, you'll live longer.

No jumping and shooting at the same time. Stoked.

Slower going prone .... I'll have to see how that goes. For whoever mentioned earlier that they were mad that they couldn't stand up by pressing the space bar .... learn the controls. Press z and you'll stand back up. Space is for jumping :) No more dolphing diving suckas!

Insanely accurate sniper rifles. I have mixed feelings on this. I was really comfortable with the M95 as it was. More accurate is fine by me, but I don't really want to see a field full of snipers either. Might be a mixed bag on that change.

All in all, I'm stoked for the changes and can't wait to play in a couple days once I get a chance. Good job DICE/EA.

I like the new patch. I all most quit BF2 when 1.12 came out. For some reason my frame rate would be 5 or 4 fps for the first five min after I joined a server. 1.2 fixed that problem.

I'm glad they adjusted the sniper rifle's accuracy. For some reason I couldn't hit targets at have the range with the SVD or Type 88 that I could with the M24. Now I can.

Bunny hoping IMO is the dumbest thing you can do in any first person shooter. It takes no skill. The only thing I'll miss about it is the satisfaction of shooting a hoper out of the air.

Dude come on... worthless post addition to your post. I don't mind the patch, I think any good player will be able to adjust their style to it.

LOVE THE NEW PATCH!! this is how the AA should have been right from the beginning. for 8 months, anybody who could keep a plane in the air had upto 30 helpless targets on the ground that they could kill with impunity. not anymore. it'll soon become obvious who the real aces are out there.

Despite the odd things that I've seen while playing, I LOVE this patch!

The AA is great, still possible to TVD/TK with it and decent pilots can still avoid it for a while but it's a major improvement.

PKM, great weapon before even better now.

Jumping over walls and proning, well it took a bit of getting used to waiting to hit the ground again first before proning, but still easily possibly to jump over a wall, prone and kill the guy(s) hiding behind it.

Kit selection, I noticed the little icons on the left side for each kit are they new? Don't remember them from before, or perhaps a different colour.

C4, can't really chuck it anymore should gotta place it carefully on vehicles.

Unfortunately there's a fair bit of whining, especially regarding AA. No doubt DICE will probably cave and change it again next patch, but until then I'm going to thoroughly enjoy this patch while I can.

The patch rocks... Love everything, even down to the slower rate of proning..

I am sure the jet pilots and the helicopter pilots will find new tactics that will give them a fair balance between successful missions and being shot down...

I admire the pilots that see this new patch as a challenge.

I find that the pilots that are complaining and calling the new AA accuracy as a "no skill" weapon, to be hypocrites... Especially jet pilots. Really, the easiest way to rack kills was to fly a jet, and the jet was easy to fly, especially compared to a helicopter...

Anyone with a head for logic could realize that flying a jet and getting such outrageous K/D ratios as 5000/500, was a glaring warning that there was an imbalance for a game.. Especially when the majority of players were avaeraging just around 1/1 or 2/1 K/D ratio...

Patch sucks I never plying bf2 again and I selling my bfSF and I just going to wait for FH2 to come out.Game is just no fun any more nothign but waste of space on my pc
