what do I need to unlock the new sniper rifle?

I got promoted today and was hoping to unlock that new sniper rifle..but its not in the option..?

you have to unlock the first sniper rifle, then you can access the new one.

You need the first tier (vanilla bf2) unlock in order to unlock the second tier unlock (SF). In this case, you need the M95 is required for you to unlock the L96A1, which is the SF. If you do not have the M95, you can't get the L96A1.

Me too, I have all the requirements. I look through all the kits and I can't even see the weapon...

Personally, I really don't care. The M24 and M95 serve me well. Maybe I need to re-download SF again? I haven't played it in so long, I can't even find the .exe file anymore. I tried the EA autodownloader to re-download it, but I just get some stupid error, so I guess it was $29 wasted for sure.

Is there some way to re-download SF and install it again? Or a way to check SF to see if its there (like an SF .exe).

if i see someone with the weapon good or bad i kill them just to play with the weapon OR stick with them watch there 6 tell they die then use it.
