Purple Heart my heart is broken

I have played several hundred hours of BF2. I have over 36000 points. I am not the best player but I do pretty well, I have my moments....

Well the other day I let my brother play for a bit since I was feeling nice, I figured he could play a round why not?

Well he never played before and he isnt very good and at the end of the round BAM it gives me (him) the Purple Heart.

WTF!!!! I dont want that damn thing in my stats!!! Hundreds of hours of play and in a few minutes my stats record forever the stupid lame ass Purple Heart. I feel heartbroken. I dont want to even play anymore. This totally sucks. I just want to smash something.... and the worse part of it all is, there isnt anything I can do about it. Except maybe start a new acount from scratch. And play hundreds more hours just to get back to where I am now. I hate this game. And since its the only thing I actually enjoy in life.... man this sucks

your fault haha...I have to say...who cares? noone checks your stats and if someone does and asks you say it was your brother

I was goofing around and noticed I was actually close to the ratio (medic and was getting pounded by air power) so I grabbed it for the heck of it. Took a little work (jumping infront of several enemy) and I got it. Its not a big deal and if you are heartbroken over it, try to remember, its just a game.

don't cry for it, I even went for a purple heart, just because I find it looks nice, in real life the purple heart is even one of the most respected medals, BE PROUD

I dont understand people who actualy go for this medal. The purple heart means you suck.... and suck so bad that they give you a medal for suckiness. I wouldnt care if I got it myself, stuff happens. But I let someone play one round.... just ONE round.... and now I am stuck with that stupid thing. I am seriously considering starting a whole new account. Be a lame ass, less than private in rank. Such BS.

who cares what it means, I find it good looking so I wanted one, there are so many things, like I like the AK's, not for there power or acuracy, but just because they have a good sound.

if you are so upset about this medal, just start e new acount
