Fps is low low low since new patch help!

ok u can look at my system specs on my sig, and u know i got a awsome set up. but ever since the new patch i have had an increase in fps lag, i run the game on medium graphics and i cant even fly a heli cuz its so bad, can any help?

It's not "lag" in the traditional sense, but raw game performance. Try playing a singleplayer game, it's just as bad and unplayable.

Yeah, you're right, but at least if EA bothers to look at a forum like this (excuse me...*laughs uncontrollably at the thought of EA going out of their way to help owners of their products*) they will get a better impression of how big a problem this is. The administrators of this forum probably don't like it, though :P

It may just be coincidence, but I have noticed gains in BF2's performance since patching; I think they've improved the X-Fi support. Before the patch, when I had my X-Fi installed, it would perform terribly until I physically removed the card and now it's all fast again!
