incremental requires you to have 1.12 already

Someone had the best link on here earlier. i started at 8000KB/sec. and slowly it went to 3000KB/sec. Best i have ever had. it took less than a minute to download it due to that fast DL rate.

you dont have to register at all. im dling away at about 300kb/s (ya ya, not as fast as you guys)...it will be done before my file front wait is over. :

I used The Pirate Bay and downloaded it via "torrent"

fyi the full patch is also being uploaded there and soon site will host both patches for anyone who still needs to download it (uncapped download speeds!)
