Is Talus isn't talking crap, then the readme file is different to the unofficial patch one.

The lack of 64 player map in EF isn't in the unofficial patch readme.

its EXACTLY the same file size as the leaked one 83546kb. so if you have the leaked one, unless you're real paranoid, dont bother getting this one
