I was working on a Mod and I was wondering if there is a way that Squad Leaders are able to talk to each other rather than to a commander. Im trying to remove the commander role. do you guys think its possible?

I think it's a brilliant idea, many of us must have thought of this while playing the game but quickly surpassed it. Yes I do hate the commander, he's very annoying and never helps. How on earth would a battle work if the squads couldnt communicate and move around on the battle? They certainlty to in real life. Oooo maybe there should be a Signaller kit and he can talk to the other squads, so the squad leader asks the signaller to send messages, maybe thats a bit too complicated and pointless but it's extremely realistic.
Anyway would all of this be basic python coding? or more than that?
