    bfhq at zero

    for the last 4 weeks all my stats in bfhq are at zero and its showing me as a private, althoughh in game I am at my real rank of master sergeant and the various stats websites shot my upto date points(37000+)


    any one else experiencing this

    Never seen this one, but it doesn't surprise me. Do you have any software firewall/security suite software installed? Is any of it new in the last 4 weeks?

    Something may simply be blocking access to BFHQ yet still allowing you to play.

      no nothing new installed - bfhq looks like ive just bought the game and never played

          indeed realy strange, also the stat sites give the correct stats, and BFG2player uses the same feed as the BHFQ in the game, meaning there is nothing wrong with your feed .

          Just to make shure, is tha BHFQ on your name, meaning, you can compare your stats with other stats of players, it needs to be on your player name

            If you can log your account onto a friends machine, also if you have any other accounts try logging in with them and see if you have points showing there.

            You can also try contact EA, go to their forums.

              Comparing your stats to another players using BFHQ is a really good idea. That makes sure that BF2 can access your stats via BFHQ.

              I'll have to remember that one
