as soon as map loads mouse freezes in middle of screen
as soon as any map loads my mouse freezes in the middle of the screen and the people playing still play but i cant choose weapons or spawn point, the enter button doesnt do anything.

Try re-adjusting your controls. That could be the problem. -

it didnt work i set controls to default and its still frozen. Also if you wanted to know the game wont let me get to main menu by clicking escape, the only way to shut the game down is alt f4 or alt control delete or alt tab. This is pretty messed up. thank you for your help but i still need more helpComment

It happened to me last evening.. was online and started getting error dialogs. Then whenever it loads to the spawn screen, it freezes. I tried re-patching, re-installing, system restore but all of it didnt work.
Luckily I found this thread and went in to Options and "Reset to default" all the controls, video etc.
ITs working again!!! Just in time for the upcoming patch :)
