Well, the M95 doesn't kill in one shot therefore the AWP ain't gonna be like CS. It gonna take 2 shots.

The AWP in CSS uses 50. cal rounds or magnum bullets or something, the one there putting in BF2 uses a .223 or .233 wichever one it is.

            Uh no.

I would imagine it will be exactly the same as the M24.

I was hoping to get a semi auto polymer M14 with scope like in black hawk down but I guess not. Semi autos are much more effective in bf2.

A silenced SR-25 would be good too, 20 rounds. But nooo we get crap ****.

                Re: The L96A1

If snipers could one shot kill to the chest then that's all I'd ever be. I'd be like 100-0 every round infantry only.

And that's why it doesn't kill in one shot.

It kills with 1 shot. 1 headshot. if you ask for more, you should be keeping your mouth shut and train more.

The one in BF2 will probably be the L96AW which fires a 7.62 round (same as the AK-47).

The AK-47 fires an M43 round that is less powerfull than the 7.62 NATO round because it has a smaller casing with less powder.

Not likely, Would be 7.62x51mm. I wouldnt see why they would want 7.62x39mm. Not that it matters in game as they just alter the stats how they want anyway.
