I've lost the sheet of paper with my CD-Key on it, but I still have BF2 installed. In case of a re-installation, could I find my CD-Key in my game files? Where?

After patch 1.03 the cd-key is encrypted in the registry and not in plain text.
however if you can System Restore to a point/date when you only had 1.0 installed, you might be able to find it in there.
It is located in the registry here:
[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Electronic Arts\EA Games\Battlefield 2\ergc]
You open registy via regedit.exe -
