Gotta admit it looks bad ass. But if I did have the money to get a 360 I would rather upgrade my video card or wait for ps3. -

It looks good, but it is misleeding, it's a trailer, and everything goes very ast,
but if you look at the textures on the hind and jeep, well, there aren't any , also on the buildings almost no textures , and this is not high res , high res is full screen .

and bear in mind it only has 16 ppl multiplayer....even less then the acient CS which has a maximum of 32 ppl server...

Hmm yeah the trailer is impressive, no doubt about that, but DICE are using the same techniques as they did in the main BF2 intro trailer to make it look good. Close up shots of the action, choreographed explosions, deaths etc. Some of the community videos for BF2 are just as good, if not better.
Also, I don't know what 1up are on about, "The game looks notably better than its PC counterpart", it looks almost exactly on a level with BF2, maybe a few less polygons. The only difference is the obvious time and effort DICE are putting into the console version, which we aren't getting with the PC version. Clan support, artic maps, numerous other things.
I aint bitter, no.
Not sure if it would convince me to buy a 360 though, maybe if the price comes down a bit. I must admit I'm probably gonna check this game out, purely because of the PC features we were promised that is in it.Comment

This does look a lot better than the PC version. Although, I'm wondering how gameplay will be?
...in terms of graphics though. This does look a little bit better than the PC version, especially the character models/physics (Way clothing moves while rifles fire, way characters move is more natural and less "Robotish"). The game just meshes a lot better than the PC version.
...but, all the polish in the world means nothing if the gameplay is horrible.

The lighting makes it look better, but it looks way too blurry and something like a framerate problem, i would get a headache playing like that.
not to mention HD TV is only 1024x768, just a little more with widescreen. What's the big deal? i can surely do better at that resolution with my 6800gt
lastly, the entire system has 512Mb of shared ram! that's including the video card. It doesn't matter how fast that ram is, there isn't enough for the types of battles you get into with 64 players. I bet to accomodate for it, the maps have to be really small.Comment

Look at the BF2 trailer in another topic, Modern Combat will blats look and play very differently (less cool) than the trailer.Comment

Shame I have to wait a bit longer to buy the 360 version, but the reason is well i am buying a new HDTV this month or next month guys. But I would like to see SnowMobilers in the PC version of BF2 in any future patches.Comment

ARE YOU GUYS JUST PLANE BLIND ??
Look closer into this trailer, there aren't any textures on the hind and humvee, the tank has litle texture but very litle , realy this game isn't so good looking , and remember it's a dam trailer, if you look at trailers every game looks great and nice because they just are going so fast and showing only hard action top of the line .
And this isn't HDTV , they say it is but it isn't , HDTV 1280*760 or something, but this trailer is like 800-500 resolution .
also, the Xbox is powerfull, but not as powerfull as a high end pc .
Again, my BF2 look better then the trailer we see here , textures are much better and sharperComment
