Barrol role or spining? real or fake? very confused

Don't take this wrong, i am not a noob. I and currently only a gunnery sergent and have seen much action(mainly karkand ) and there are certain things people do that help them get points, aka dolphin diving bunny hopin

Anyway, i almost always see people doing barrel rolls onto their stomach and have very acurate shots. How do i do this?

Thats just an animation you see sometimes, they're not actually rolling even though it looks like it

strafe to either side while proning and it appears to everyone else that you're spinning, however, it looks to you like you're proning and sliding to the left or right.

well u actaully feel the roll as ur hit the ground u feel urself stutter a lil to the direction..i think that what lets u noe u were "rolling"
