Hey, Is there any way of playing BF2:SF in Windowed mode?

yes there is
in the target look for something like fullscreen 1 ... just replace the 1 with 0

You can also write game.allowToggleFullscreen 1 in console, then when you press ALT+ENTER (or write game.toggleFullscreen in console) it switches between Window and Fullscreen.
It isn't a supportet feature, I think, so it might not work perfectly, e.g. text in menu might be messed up etc.
