EA Downloader not working?

I opened EA Downloader today to see it update. After the update, whenever I tried to open it, it would give me this:

And there would be a window, but with nothing whatsoever in it.

So I'm guessing the update pretty much screwed the program, is it the same for ppl who have the program too? Ugh, hope it's fixed before Euro Forces pre-order.

Well I tried dragging the shortcut, it did nothing, then I tried dragging in the .exe and it just launched the program.

And I just tested the program on another computer and it opened fine =\. I'm worried =0. I'll try the MXSML thing or whatever, what does it do exactly?

Let me compose myself.
You got it working once. You tried it on a friends and it works. It doesn't work now on your pc.

When you dragged the application into the terminal and lauched it did you see any more information or just the same thing you showed in your pic?

Same thing it showed in my pic. And it was working before the update, but after it didn't. I tried it on my sister's comp and it worked, but doesn't work on mine now =\

Try logging out or restarting the pc.

Found the problem. It was because of the Internet Explorer 7 beta preview 2. I uninstalled it and now it's working =)
